Final major road sign done for Wild Grace!
Francis and Zachary (visiting from California) gave me a hand with final installation. Carolyn had the template made and I painted and built the sign, adding the leaf and branch designs to mimic as close as we could the Wild Grace logo.

Read MoreWeek one of our CSA is off to a great start. This weeks crate included rhubarb, chard, chives, spinach, lettuce, bee balm, and an herb salt blend all from us. CSA members also received some Maine (responsibly) foraged fiddleheads and ramps this week as an extra goodie.

We use Back 40 bread in all of our sandwiches and toasts here at the Wild Grace Farm Store. If you haven’t tried their bread yet, come by for a sample...you’ll want to leave with a loaf.

Read MoreWhen your bare root tree order is ready, the forecast is for rain all day and this is the day you have to plant...you still proceed! 48 apple, peach and plum trees planted in the rain with Francis, Alexandra, and Joseph Stewart. That’s me (Craig Watson) dripping, but very happy in the middle. Meanwhile, Francis’ mom Joanne was helping back at the house organizing and Carolyn brought us all lunch! We are in countdown mode for “soft opening” of Wild Grace Farm Store on May 23rd. Official opening later in June!
